Engineering General services

• Researching, designing and developing new equipment.
• Drafting ideas to reduce costs and time.
• Develop detailed plans and schedules.
• Performing risk assessments.
• Ensuring design comply with safety and quality standards.
• Performing simulations and troubleshooting issues.
• Create and manage operating, maintenance, transportation, installation, construction and commissioning instructions and manuals.
• Providing training to client personnel on the proper operation and maintenance of rotating equipment to enhance safety and reliability.
• Implementation of all related codes, standards, specifications and instructions in engineering output documents.
• Work in conjunction with proposal, project, procurement, fabrication, inspection, construction, commissioning, operation and customer teams.
• control to ensure the final product meets set specifications.
• Active participation in all internal and external technical meetings.
• Active participation in HAZOP and SIL study meetings
• Prepare and design all related procurement and construction documents.
• Creates drawings and plans in 2D and 3D format using variety of designing programs and tools.
• Doing calculations and create reports, data sheets etc using variety of calculation programs and tools.
• Evaluation and selection of vendors based on factors such as reputation, product quality, cost, and delivery timelines. Also participate in the bidding process and vendor negotiations.
• Provide support to all purchase activities and ensure the correctness of vendor submittals.
• Preparing capital, two years operation and commissioning spare part lists.
